You're out at a client site and find a home/personal machine that needs to be joined to Azure AD. What will you need to do?
Assesses: real-world Azure AD join process and prerequisites.
A client struggled to get through to support, and once you reach them, they tell you that since some recent changes were made, they've been having issues. They're clearly frustrated by the time you're on the call. How do you handle the conversation and get to the bottom of the issue?
